I am trying to check out, but I keep receiving an error message:
We know how frustrating that can be. Sometimes it’s as simple as leaving out a digit on your credit card or typing in the wrong address. If you are still having trouble, please email us right away at Help@sortingwithstyle.com.

I don’t live in the United States, do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not accept international orders, but we are open to doing so in the future. If you really love our products and would like us to consider it, please email us at: info@sortingwithstyle.com

When will my items arrive?
Orders sent to you are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing, but you will be notified if this is the case. Personalized printed items require 8-14 business days for processing and will ship separately.

My Items have still not arrived, what should I do?

What is your Return Policy?
Here at Sorting with Style we strive for the best in both are selection of products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your order or have received damaged products, please contact us right away at help@sortingwithstyle.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note, for personalized items, there are no returns. If you find we made an error with your order, such as spelling, etc. please contact us right away.
