FREE shipping via USPS is only available to the 48 states. If you are trying to ship to HI, AK or Canada then FREE shipping is not available to you at this time. What credit cards do you accept for payment? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept payment by Paypal?
Yes we accept Paypal for your added shopping convenience.
Do you offer discounts on large orders or for events? Yes, if you have an event you need large quantities of an item or would like to place a large order, please Contact Us for more information.
When will my items arrive? Orders sent to you are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing, but you will be notified if this is the case.

Here at Sorting with Style we strive for the best in both are selection of stylish products and our customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your order or in the unlikely event that you have received damaged products, please contact us right away at help@sortingwithstyle.com.
In order to exchange, replace or return damaged items you must notify us via email within 3 days
of receiving your order, and you must keep all packaging, boxes,
tissue paper, etc. until the matter is resolved. We will make sure to
resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We want you to love everything you order from Sorting with Style. However,
should you be less than 100% satisfied with any in-stock, non-sale
items(excluding bulk orders) we will take back the unused product with no questions asked within 30 days
of your order date. If you'd like to exchange your item for
something else, simply return the unwanted item and then purchase what
you'd like instead from the site.
Your
credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product less
the cost of shipping within 7 days from when we receive your return.
Please
note, for personalized items and bulk orders (Orders over $300), there are no returns or exchanges. Because our bulk orders require
additional handling + product purchases we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

For
your protection, we recommend shipping via insured UPS Ground service, so you have a record of the return. In order
to receive a full refund, goods must be returned in perfect condition,
so please handle items with care. Sorting with Style is not responsible for
shipping costs or lost items associated with returns, exchanges and/or
edited orders.
What is your return policy on Furniture?You must notify us in advance before shipping your item back as different pieces come from our separate locations/warehouses.
If you would like to return your item(s),
please contact ushelp@sortingwithstyle.comand provide your order
number. For all item returns/order cancellations, you will be subject to
a 30% restocking fee (this covers the item's open-box status as well as handing
charges for completing your shipment and return). In addition, you are
responsible for all shipping fees that have incurred for both the outbound and
inbound transits. Freight and shipping fee bills are available once all
transits and deliveries have been completed.
Please
do not send your product(s) back without first informing Sorting with Style of
your intentions to do so. We cannot
open a file for your return and issue a refund unless we have been
alerted. If a product is received at our warehouse past our 30-day return
period, a Sorting with Style store credit less the 30% re-stocking fee and all
related shipping fees will be issued.
A
refused shipment/delivery with no damage notes on the proof of delivery form
constitutes a canceled order. The 30% re-stocking fee and all shipping
charges incurred will be deductions taken from your refund.
During
free shipping promotional periods, though shipping fees do not apply for you
when purchasing, Sorting with Style is still paying the carrier to handle your
shipment and deliver your products. These shipping fees reflect a non-refundable
service. Shipping fees apply for all these purchases, if being returned.
Please
keep the original packaging for items being returned or being claimed to have
damages or defects. Sorting with Style is not able to provide additional
packaging materials for return shipments, neither in the form of physical
packing materials nor in the form of an allowance for purchase of additional
packing. Although we recognize significant shipping damage can render
packaging unusable, we are sorry to say we also cannot provide replacement
packaging or related compensation in this situation.
All replacements and refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives
at our warehouse and an inspection is completed.
My Items have still not arrived, what should I do?
I am trying to check out, but I keep receiving an error message: We know how frustrating
that can be. Sometimes it's as simple as leaving out a digit on your
credit card or typing in the wrong address or billing zip code. It may also be the browser you are using so try either Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you are still having
trouble, please email us right away at Help@sortingwithstyle.com.
I don't live in the United States, do you ship internationally? At the moment we only ship within the United States and Canada, but we are open to expanding in the future.
